If you are contacted to wire money to pay for court fines or outstanding bills for a relative or if a caller wants you to send money because you’re the winner of a lottery DO NOT GIVE, MAIL, OR WIRE MONEY. This may be a scam, even if the caller knows information about you or the names of your family members.
