Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12:00 noon on August 10, 2012 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:
2012 SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM
OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $135,000.00
COMPLETION DATE: 8/23/2013
Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms available from the City of Mentor, Engineering Department, 8500 Civic Center Blvd., Mentor, Ohio 44060 for a non-refundable fee of $75.00.
Plans and specifications may also be reviewed during regular business hours at the Engineering Department at the Mentor Municipal Center.
Per the provisions of ODOT LPA policy, this contract can only be awarded to an ODOT pre-qualified contractor who has completed the Drug-Free Workplace (DFWP) Program and is not subject to a Finding for Recovery under Section 9.24 of the Ohio Revised Code.
