On Saturday, September 15, ODOT’s contractor will have lanes closed on Heisley Road near Diamond Centre Drive to place poles and equipment for the temporary traffic signal installation. It is anticipated that this work will result in delays to those traveling through the Diamond Centre/Heisley Road intersection throughout the day. 

Beginning September 17, ODOT’s contractor will be placing noise walls on the Heisley Road to SR 2 westbound on ramp.  Periodic brief stoppages in traffic on the ramp will occur with the use of flaggers while a crane places the wall segments. This work is anticipated to take several days to complete.
