ODOT has announced the following traffic alert for the Sr-2 project in Eastlake, Willoughby, and Mentor for this weekend:

• On Friday, September 21 at 7 PM the southbound Lost Nation Road entrance ramp to westbound Sr-2 will close until 6 AM Monday morning.

• On Friday, September 21 at 7 PM eastbound Sr-2 will be reduced to one lane between Lost Nation Road and Sr-306 until 6 AM Monday morning.

This Friday, September 21 is also the start of the 35th Annual “It’s Better in Mentor Festival.”

Join us for this three-day event which includes plenty of live music and entertainment, festival rides, a pancake breakfast, and THE best parade in Lake County, which steps off at 10 a.m. from Shore Middle School on Hopkins Road and continues south to Civic Center Boulevard.
