“Special Edition” was developed in 1987 to keep residents informed on local issues, services, programs and events. The Public Information Office produces the newsletter on a quarterly basis, with “Special Reports” published as needed. Additional hard copies are available at various city buildings including city hall, and the Mentor Public Library’s Main Branch, or you can chose to read the most recent issue on line.
