Hart Street and Patterson Drive Closed

Hart Street and Patterson Drive will be closed at the Norfolk Southern railroad crossing from Monday, August 16, 2010 through Friday, August 20, 2010 for crossing repairs. Signs will be posted to warn motorists that the tracks are closed.

Senior Center is Emergency Cooling Center

The Mentor Senior Center has been designated an Emergency Cooling Center for the City of Mentor. If you are without air-conditioning and need heat relief, the Senior Center is open between 9 AM and 5 PM on Friday, July 23 and Sat., July 24. The Senior Center is located at 8484 Munson Road.


City Hall Phones to be Down Thursday Afternoon

As a cost-savings initiative, the city is moving its local phone service to new carriers.
