Two Days…One Big Event!

Mentor CityFest is Lake County’s premier family-friendly festival with activities, games, non-stop entertainment, food, and more!

Over 20,000 people attend every year.  We hope you’ll be able to join us!

This isn’t your average fun run! This 2.2 mile run and fun walk starts & finishes at Mentor CityFest on the grounds of Civic Center Park, and runs along the bike path. Several color zones will leave you festively decorated! Registration includes a t-shirt and post-race fun & entertainment.

Run Divisions:
Men/Women 13 & under; 14 – 17; 18 – 24; 25 – 29; 30 – 34; 35 – 39; 40 – 44; 45-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+

Awards
Top 3 overall Men & Women and Top 3 in each age division

Fees
$20 pre-race; $25 day of race  (T-shirts guaranteed to pre-race registrants only)

Packet Pick up will be Friday, August 24, 10 AM – 8 PM at Second Sole, 8791 Mentor Ave, Mentor.

Race Day registration/Check-In is from 4:30 – 5:30 PM at the pool pavilion, Civic Center Park, 8600 Munson Rd., Mentor.

Race begins at 6 PM.

Mentor CityFest parade will kick-off Saturday, August 25, from Veteran’s Park and travel south along Hopkins Road to Center Street and pass by the grandstand in front of Fire Station #5 on Civic Center Boulevard.

Community groups, business and local entertainers will delight and entertain those watching along the one-mile route. This is a great way for your organization to be recognized and involved in our community.

Welcome Letter and Information For All Interested Vendors

Non-Vendors
Non-food vendors will include arts and crafts, local businesses, community organizations, churches and others wanting to participate. All vendors are stationed within our two Main Street tents. The festival map indicates where these are located on the property. To participate as a non-food vendor, please complete the following THREE forms and submit to Maggie Kuyasa, c/o Mentor Recreation, 8500 Civic Center Blvd., Mentor, Ohio  44060. Space is limited and we frequently sell out.

Food Vendors
A designated food vendor area will feature traditional fair foods, as well as local fare. To apply, please complete the following THREE forms and submit to Maggie Kuyasa, c/o Mentor Recreation, 8500 Civic Center Blvd., Mentor, Ohio  44060. Space is limited and the city reserves the right to limit and select the types of food presented by each vendor. Vendors should also review our food vendor electrical hook-up requirements here.

Are you looking for a fun, active way to get involved in your community? Mentor CityFest has opportunities for individuals, families and groups to participate in our biggest festival of the year.

Mentor CityFest is a two-day festival attracting more than 20,000 people. With volunteer needs in set up and clean up, recycling, festival services, ticket and wristband sales and more, there are many ways to get involved.
