Prevailing wage must be paid by any Contractor involved with public renovation work valued to be more than the amount specified in the O.R.C. Section 4115.03 (b) (1) or (2), as applicable.  The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio.

This project will perform full depth concrete repairs on portions of Quail Point Lane, Galaxie Drive, Silver Court, Birchwood Drive, Winthrop Court, Ridgeway Drive, Pilgrim Drive, Wilderness Drive, Frontier Drive, Troy Court, Preston Hill Court, Alder Court, Hackberry Drive, Weatherby Drive, Appleton Court, Barnaby Lane, Cranberry Lane, Daleford Drive, Traymore Court, Newton Drive, Brainard Court, Palmerston Drive, Glencairn Court and Sutherland Court.

Two-way traffic will be maintained, but minor delays should be expected.

The scheduled completion date of this project is September 27, 2013; however, it is anticipated that, weather permitting, the project will be substantially complete by mid June.

This project will repair and resurface a portion of Market Street and Munson Road and mill and resurface all or portions of Clearair Drive, Barton Drive, Victoria Drive, Kephart Drive, Headlands Road, Erie Drive, Hart Street, Wedgewood Drive, Magnolia Drive, Lotus Lane, Robinwood Drive, Grace Court, East Heisley Road and Blackbrook Road.

Two-way traffic will be maintained, but minor delays should be expected.

The scheduled completion date of this project is September 27, 2013; however, it is anticipated that, weather permitting, the project will be substantially complete by mid June.
