Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 2nd Floor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor Ohio until noon on June 21, 2019 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project:

OPWC Project CG11W/CG12W
Opinion of Probable Construction Cost: Base Bid – $415,000.00
Completion Date: October 31, 2019
Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided below or RFP’s will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing. Bidder shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
