Voter Information

Register to vote at these locations:

  • Mentor Municipal Center, Department of Parks, Recreation & Public Facilities; 8500 Civic Center Boulevard. Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • All Mentor Elementary Schools
  • All Mentor Public Libraries
  • Lake County Board of Elections, 105 Main Street, Painesville 44077 Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, 440/350-2700. www.lakeelections.com

NOTE: Voter registration closes 30 days before an election.

You can vote if —

  • You are 18 years or older by election day;
  • You are a United States citizen;
  • You have lived in Ohio for 30 days;
  • You are registered to vote prior to 30 days before an election.

You must register to vote if —

  • You are voting for the first time;
  • Your name has changed;
  • You have not voted in four years;
  • You have moved since you last voted.
