TWO Days * One BIG Event at Civic Center Park
As our community’s largest festival, vendors can expect 25,000 – 40,000 people visiting our grounds during the festival.
Non-food vendors will include arts and crafts, local businesses, community organizations and others wanting to participate. There are two options: the Main Street Tent and the Community Corner. Community Corner vendors will find this area has moved closer to the large Main Street Tent. The move is designed to increase traffic to this area to benefit our vendors.
To participate as a Non-Food Vendor, please complete the following THREE forms and submit to Mentor Recreation, 8500 Civic Center Blvd., Mentor, Ohio 44060 or email in pdf format to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A designated food vendor area will feature traditional fair foods, as well as local fare. Final approval and placement of all spaces is at the discretion of CityFest staff. Additionally, the City of Mentor does not guarantee exclusive rights to specific foods types or vendors. The city reserves the right to solicit vendors selling products that would add to and compliment the festival menu. At Mentor CityFest, community organizations have the opportunity to help us add games and activities to the festival and earn money for their organization by applying for a Community Game space. Call Maggie Kuyasa at (440) 974-5720 for information and we’ll help you select a game that fits the festival atmosphere.
