Applications are now available for food and non-food vendors interested in joining us for Mentor CityFest. Please read the details below. Applications can be printed directly from this site. As our community’s largest festival, vendors can expect 40,000 – 60,000 people visiting our grounds during the festival.
All vendors interested in Mentor CityFest should read this CityFest Vendor Introduction Letter.
Non-food vendors will include arts and crafts, local businesses, community organizations and others wanting to participate. Mentor residents/organizations applications will be processed immediately; nonresident applications will be processed after February 15. As you will find in reading the application, there are two options: the Main Street Tent and the Community Corner. This festival map indicates where each is located. To participate as a non-food vendor, please complete the following THREE forms and submit to Mentor Recreation, 8500 Civic Center Blvd., Mentor, Ohio 44060 or email in pdf format to firstname.lastname@example.org.

At Mentor CityFest, community organizations have the opportunity to help us add games and activities to the festival and earn money for their organization by purchasing a Community Game space. Call us for information and we’ll help you select a game that fits the festival atmosphere.
