Civic Center Park, adjacent to the Mentor Municipal Center and the Mentor High School campus, is one of Mentor’s largest parks.

It features our largest aquatics facility, Civic Center Waterpark , which includes an olympic-size outdoor swimming pool with water slide, children’s water play area, sand volleyball, and more.

The Mentor Ice Arena is located within Civic Center Park and features two indoor regulation-size ice rinks, a studio ice rink, and a Community Recreation Center.

The park includes picnic grounds and shelter, large playground area, an Amphitheater, baseball/softball fields, lighted tennis courts, skatepark, basketball courts and paved bike path.

Civic Center Park is home to many special events including July 4th Fireworks, the Summer Concert Series, Children’s Pet Show, Chalk Art Contest and more. Civic Center Park is also home to many of the Recreation Department’s day camps.
