This 13-acre park features a remodeled barrier-free enclosed pavilion overlooking Lake Erie. Large windows allow unobstructed views from all sides. The beautiful grounds include a playground, and swings that face the Lake.

The North Room (shown left), can accommodate up to 200 people, and features a large serving island, a walk-in refrigerator and a wet bar. The South Room can accommodate 100 people. Both rooms can be rented together to accommodate up to 300.

Rentals are five hours in length, with an additional hour permitted for set-up. A $250 security deposit is required for all rentals. A $500 security deposit is required when serving alcohol. Two (2) off-duty Mentor-on-the-Lake police officers are required when renting both the North and South room and serving alcohol. If only one room is rented, only one officer is required.
