Yearly Play Cards
Buy a yearly play card for Black Brook Golf Course and play all year with no additional fees. Play cards are good January 1 through December 31. Purchase yearly play cards at the Recreation Department on the second floor at City Hall. (Mentor residents must bring a current utility bill and driver’s license as proof of residency). Please be aware that Senior / Junior rates apply to those over 60 years of age and under 18.
