The administrative offices are staffed during business hours.  Staff members are an integral part of the administration of the police department, and handle myriad duties that make a major contribution to the smooth functioning of the department.  Many of their duties require a level of confidentiality of the highest caliber.  The Administrative Captain oversees the many duties carried out by these employees.  In addition, this Captain oversees the department’s hiring and promoting activities, police fleet, and range program.
