LEGAL NOTICE: 2017 Mentor Parking Lot Resurfacing Project

Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12 noon on   May 10, 2017   and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following parking lot resurfacing project:

2017 MENTOR PARKING LOT RESURFACING

OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST:

PART A – $111,000.00

PART B – $42,000.00

ALTERNATE – COMPLETION DATE: JUNE 23, 2017

COMPLETION DATE: SEPTEMBER 1, 2017

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided below, or Request For Proposal (RFP) packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.  Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
