Notice is hereby given that Mentor City Council will hold public hearings on the 17th day of June 2025 at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Blvd, Mentor, Ohio to consider the following:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF MENTOR, 2006, AS AMENDED, AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY 12.7 ACRES AT 8245 DEEPWOOD BOULEVARD, PP16-A-005-0-00-004-0 FROM R-2, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO R-10, MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO THE APPROVED DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PROVIDING FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THIS ORDINANCE TO THE ELECTORATE
Copies of the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission rezoning recommendation letter and the Mentor City Council proposed Ordinance regarding the rezoning are on file with the Clerk of Council of the City of Mentor.
