NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION
The Conditional Use Permit application for 7420 Clover Avenue has been withdrawn by the Applicant. Accordingly, the September 1, 2026, public hearing on this application will not proceed. The matter will be presented to City Council who will not consider the merits and will formally dismiss the matter without prejudice.
