Mentor Civic Arena, the only indoor ice skating complex in Lake County, is the coolest spot in town! With two regulation-size ice rinks, a studio rink, locker rooms and a snack bar, the Civic Arena is open year round and provides something for everyone who enjoys the sport of skating.

After School Skate and Bus Program

Luncheon Skates*
September – April
Luncheon skates are a great way to get in a little exercise and have some fun during the lunch hour. Luncheon Skates are held September through April. The cost is only $4. This special rate does NOT apply on Mentor School holidays or other school closings. On those days, regular admission fees apply.

Small Folk Open Skate
Children eight and under (and a parent) can skate on the Studio Rink with children their own size during the Small Folk Open Skate. It’s a great time for younger children to practice skating skills or simply skate at their own pace! Small Folk Open Skate is held Saturday and Sunday, 1:30 – 3 PM, October through April.  (except March 16-17).
