LEGAL NOTICE: 2019 Road Repair Program

Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12 noon on   February 1, 2019     and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project:

2019 ROAD REPAIR PROGRAM

 OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST:

CONTRACT A – $860,000.00

ALTERNATE 1 – $90,000.00

ALTERNATE 2 – $100,000.00

ALTERNATE 3 – $400,000.00

COMPLETION DATE:    August 16, 2019

CONTRACT B – $480,000.00

ALTERNATE 1 – $24,000.00

ALTERNATE 2 – $98,000.00

ALTERNATE 3 – $44,000.00

COMPLETION DATE:   August 16, 2019

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided below or Request For Proposals (RFPs) will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.  Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
