
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS/PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City of Mentor, Purchasing Department, 2nd Floor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor Ohio 44060, until 10:30 a.m. November 21, 2025, and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:
MENTOR COUNCIL CHAMBERS – INTERIOR RENOVATION
OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $584,000
Probable cost of construction contains all Base Bid items only. Awards will be made based on Base Bid Items only.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for prospective BIDDERS on November 12, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the project location located at 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio 44060. All work under this contract shall be completed within 90 Days of Notice to Proceed.Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms available from Northeast Blueprint, 1230 East 286th St., Cleveland, Ohio 44132 at a cost of One Hundred and Fifty ($150.00) plus shipping. Payment for Bidder’s Packages will not be refunded.

The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the website.
