JULY 4TH PARADE IN THE HEADLANDS
The Headlands' Mentor Day Festival Association sponsors this annual parade. Parade Marshals are the family of Lance Cpl. Brian Montgomery, including his parents Laurel Kromer and David Kromer, his wife, Pam and son, Alexander. The Parade steps off off from Forest and Garden, heads east on Garden, then north on Corduroy. Call Alice at (440) 257-7104.

Join us for this exciting evening of free family entertainment and music, juggling, clowns and giant inflatables .... then stay for the fireworks. 10th ANNUAL FESTIVAL ON THE LAGOONS and ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW
Mentor Lagoons Nature Preserve & Marina, 8365 Harbor Drive. This free festival is held on the water at the entrance to the 450 acre nature preserve and features family-friendly activities including boat rides, nature hikes, hay rides, giant sand box, kayak rides, and giant inflatables. Take a tour of the lagoons aboard BB64, a work boat previously commissioned with the USS Wisconsin or sail away aboard the Jambalaya, a 28 ft. sailboat.
