AVAILABLE POSITIONS
The City of Mentor is hiring for the position of Full-Time Police Officer with several openings currently available. The Mentor Police Department offers competitive pay, as well as medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement plan, and deferred comp plan.
Candidates are required to complete National Testing Network’s Law Enforcement Frontline National exam to be considered for the eligibility list at www.nationaltestingnetwork.com. Test scores will be accepted from exams taken only between February 9, 2025 and February 9, 2026. Application acceptance opens Monday, January 12, 2026. Deadline for submission is Monday, February 9, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
