Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on March 3, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A DRIVE-THRU FACILITY (POPEYES) AT 7635 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-B-031-B-00-017-0 in the B-2, General Business/M-1, Light Manufacturing Districts by Sidhu Realty Capital & 5353 Plank Road, LLC.
