CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A COMMERCIAL RECREATIONAL FACILITY AT 7850 MENTOR AVENUE, UNIT 100, PP16-A-004-0-00-002-0 in the B-2, General Business District by Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc.
