For years, the City of Mentor has honored active-duty Mentor residents serving our nation with a Military Roll Call display located in the lobby of the Mentor Municipal Center. We are updating the display in 2018.
If you, or a loved one, are currently on active duty, please fill out the following information so that our hometown heroes can be recognized for their commitment to preserving our freedom.
Please note that only the name and branch of service will be displayed. Additional information is for database management purposes only. The display will be updated on a quarterly basis.
