What is required to be a registered contractor?

Minimum bonding and insurance requirements must be met in order to be a registered contractor in the City of Mentor. Minimum requirements include evidence of liability for bodily injury and property damage in the amount of $1,000,000. A $100 registration fee is also required for each trade. The City requires an ORIGINAL Mentor Bond form for EACH trade registration.
