Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12 noon on November 23, 2016 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:

HVAC Upgrades for the City of Mentor Senior Center

COMPLETION DATE:  60 Days from the Date of Equipment Delivery

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided on website or Request For Proposal packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office.

The bidder shall be responsible to check for the Addenda and obtain same from the web site.

There will be a pre-bid Meeting held on November 16, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the City of Mentor Senior Center, 8484 Munson Road, Mentor, Ohio 44060
