Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12:00 Noon on May 21, 2021 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following  project:

SIDEWALK REPAIR/PEDESTRIAN SAFETY PROGRAM – ZONE 2A
OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $388,000
COMPLETION DATE: SEPTEMBER 30, 2021

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided below, or Requests For Proposal  packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing office for the cost of printing.  Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda.
