Mentor Community Cats will be hosting an open forum on April 24th from 6:30 to 8 PM at the Mentor Public Library located at 8215 Mentor Avenue.
Learn about the new legislation regarding the feeding and care of feral cats and how it affects residents and caregivers. The meeting is free to attend and will feature a brief overview of TNR (trap-neuter-return). They will also register fully TNR’d colonies and register those that need to implement the program.
