South Shore Controls, Inc. recently moved to their new Mentor 35,000 SF facility on Pinecone Drive. The company designs, manufactures and installs turnkey automation systems. They work in a wide range of industries including Food Processing, Power Generation, Pharmaceutical, Chemical Processing – and many, many more, to improve operations, reduce costs and increase profitability with their expertly designed automated solutions.

The new corporate/manufacturing facility, located at 9395 Pinecone Drive, represents an over 3.2 million-dollar investment in the community. Currently the company has 46 employees including engineers, fabricators, and installation technicians. They plan to add 15 new employees over the next several years.

South Shore Controls has received a Mentor Economic Development Grant to help with moving costs, and a Mentor Incentive Grant. The multi-year Mentor Incentive Grant is performance-based and will be active through 2028. Incentives are linked to the creation of new payroll and jobs.
