This annual, four-day event, engages bird watchers in the counting of birds to create a snapshot of where the birds are. It takes as little as 15 minutes on one day, or you can count for as long as you like.

An interesting note: Mentor has become one of the top birding spotting locations, as indicated by previous national backyard bird counts.
