Pool passes for the 2025 swim season will go on sale May 1, 2025, at the Mentor Parks & Recreation Office located on the second floor of the Mentor Community Recreation Center.
Those with a 2024 season pass can also renew by calling (440) 974-5720. New memberships or those who no longer have their 2024 season pass will need to purchase a new pass in-person. Passes can also be purchased at Civic Center Pool during pool operating hours once the season begins.
The Mentor Community Recreation Center is located at 6000 Heisley Road. Parks & Recreation office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
