JEFFEREY & TRISHA PEKARCIK FOR 9411 LAKESHORE BOULEVARD, PP16-D-114-B-00-002-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1173.07 (a) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for a second curb cut onto Lakeshore Boulevard in lieu of the Code requirement that individual properties shall be limited to one (1) curb cut/access drive to an improved public street in the R-4 Single Family Residential District.
MATT EDGELL & CHAD & MELANIE RUSSO FOR 9450 HIGHBRIDGE COURT, PP16-A-027-C-00-016-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01 (d) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for an addition (17-ft. x 20-ft.) at a 40-ft. rear building setback in lieu of the requirement that the rear setback shall be at least 50-ft. in the R-4 Single Family Residential District.

JESSICA RUFF & TJ’S ON THE AVENUE PLL FOR 7485 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-B-031-A-00-027-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1171.18 (e)(5) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 61.5-sq. ft. side wall sign in lieu of the requirement that the cumulative total of all side wall signs not exceed 40-sq. ft. on any one building elevation in the B-2 General Business District.
