DALE AND CAITLIN VAN NIEL FOR 9005 LAKE SHORE BOULEVARD, PP-16-D-109-A-00-001-0 requesting a variance to §1155.01 Schedule of District Regulations (d) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 1,563 sq. ft. addition at a 11-ft.-8-in. side setback and a 19-ft.-6-in. rear setback in lieu of the requirements that the side setback be a minimum of 15-ft. and the rear setback be a minimum of 50-ft. in the R-4, Single Family Residential District.
