PRINCE OF PEACE CHURCH FOR 7193 REYNOLDS ROAD, PP16-C-070-0-00-029-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1171.20(c)(d)(1) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 35.90-sq.-ft. electronic message center with a width of 6.33-ft. and a height of 5.67-ft. in lieu of sign area not exceed 15-sq.-ft., the width not exceed 4-ft., and the height not exceed 5-ft.
