Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on November 9, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A RECREATIONAL FACILITY AT 8001 MOVING WAY, PP16-B-033-B-00-008-0 in the M-2, Heavy Manufacturing District by Pickleball Play 365, LLC & Franco Holdings, LLC.
