Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on March 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A RECREATIONAL FACILITY AT 9430-32 MERCANTILE DRIVE, PP16-B-061-D-00-017-0 in the M-1, Light Manufacturing District by Boxing 2 Inspire, LLC & CMG Holdings, LLC.
