Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on October 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:
A RESTAURANT AT 7828 REYNOLDS ROAD, PP16-B-029-E-00-003-0- in the M-1, Light Manufacturing District by Devaryan, LLC/dba Playa Bowls & Fox Family Management, Ltd.
A MEDICAL OFFICE AS A SIMILAR USE AT 8832-8836 TYLER BOULEVARD, PP16-B-056-E-00-017, 018, 019-0 in the M-2, Heavy Manufacturing District by Blue Lakes Behavioral Heath, LLC & Mentor Property Holdings 1 & 2, LLC.
