Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 11:00 AM October 23, 2026 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:
MENTOR SENIOR CENTER HVAC SYSTEM RENOVATION
OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $589,500
COMPLETION DATE: SEPTEMBER 3, 2027
Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided BELOW. Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
