EDWARD & NANCY BROWN FOR 6620 HEISLEY ROAD, PP16-B-58-B-00-007-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.02(a)(2)(3) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 4-ft. vinyl privacy fence along the south property line and a 5-ft. decorative fence abutting a side street in lieu of fences within a side setback abutting a side street shall not exceed 4-ft. in height with a 10-ft. setback and be decorative in the R-4, Single Family Residential District.
