COLIN ZACZKOWSKI FOR 6589 REYNOLDS ROAD, PP16-C-076-A-00-017-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.02(a)(2)(3) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow the installation of a six (6)-ft. high privacy fence at a 16-ft. side setback abutting a side street in lieu of the requirement that only four (4)-ft. high decorative fences with a 10-ft. setback may be installed within the side setback abutting a street in the R-4 Single Family Residential District.

NEW CREATION BUILDERS & JOSEPH CHRISTOPHER FOR 6355 SENECA TRAIL, PP16-C-079-A-00-157,158-0 requesting a variance to Sec.1165.01(a)(3) and (b)(3)(4) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a detached garage at a five (5)-ft. side and rear setback in lieu of the requirement that a 10-ft. side setback and 20-ft. rear setback are required for structures in excess of 576 sq. ft; and to allow the size of the garage to be 640 sq. ft. in lieu of the maximum size of 576 sq. ft. permitted in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.

TIM AND SANDY RICHARDS FOR 7473 CHURCHILL SQUARE, PP16-C-070-T-00-024-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.01(a)(2) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow an accessory structure (240 sq. ft.) at a seven (7)-ft. side yard setback in lieu of the requirement that accessory structures in excess of 125 sq. ft. be setback a minimum of 10-ft. from the side property line in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.

BENJAMIN MUNSON FOR 7400 HART STREET, PP16-B-042-0-00-020-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1173.13(d) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a commercial vehicle weighing 14,710 pounds to park in a driveway in lieu of the requirement that the maximum weight of vehicles parked on a residential property is 10,000 pounds in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.

ALISON SIKORA & UPTOWN MENTOR, LLC FOR MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-B-049-0-00-006,007,008,009-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01(l) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to construct a new four (4)-story commercial building at a 7.81-foot front setback in lieu of the required 30-ft. front building setback in the B-2 General Business District.

JMA RENOVATIONS & LUCIANO JUNQUEIRA FOR 7230 GREEN VALLEY DRIVE, PP16-A-026-J-00-011-0 requesting a variance to 1155.01(d) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a covered patio (16-ft. x 20-ft.) at a 37-ft. rear setback in lieu of the requirement that the rear setback shall be at least 50-ft. in the R-4 Single Family Residential District.
