INVESTIGATE, ENJOY, and PARTICIPATE in the ARTS! Experience art firsthand by viewing an Asian Indian dance performance and artist demonstrations, interacting with local artists, enjoying live steel drum music, creating a hands-on public art project, taking a historic tour of the Manor House, and more!

Learn about the Asian Indian Community as you enjoy a dance performance by the Federation of India Community Associations (FICA) of Cleveland along with viewing art pieces and watching a temporary art installation!

MEET the ARTISTS of the WILDWOOD ART POST PROJECT and view their pieces in the newly planted native wildflower garden.

Local wine will be on-site for purchase, and light appetizers will be served.

Come celebrate your cultural and artistic knowledge of the arts in our community!

Wildwood Art Post Project

15 local experienced and novice artists were chosen to create the 2026 public art post exhibit that is be on display from May 17 to August 30 at the Wildwood Cultural Center Park, 7645 Little Mountain Road, Mentor.

Summer Nights on the Patio
Join us on the Wildwood Cultural Center Garden patio as we celebrate and highlight the lively music, art, and culture of our community this summer. Attendees can expect a delightful assortment of music, food, art, experiences, and so much more! Lawn chairs are recommended. Free admission.

    • June 25- Summer Movie Night : The Iron Giant movie begins at 7:30 PM
    • July 2 –  Polka & Pints Night: Chardon Polka Band begins at 6:30 PM
    • July 23- Blues, Brews & BBQ:  The Swamp Rattlers band begins at 6:30 PM

The annual art contest is open to all artists ages 16 years of age and older. Artists can submit all medias including, photography, drawing, painting, 2D, 3D, digital, needlework, jewelry and mixed media. Over $2,000 in prizes may be awarded to winning participants. Grand Prize winner will receive a monetary award and a solo exhibition at the City of Mentor Municipal Building for the 2026 year.  Artists can submit up to two pieces of artwork for $20 total art drop off is April 27th.  (With support from the Mentor Community Arts Commission)

Wildwood Cultural Center’s KIDS EXTRAVAGANZA!

View the MOD SQUAD O-gauge train layout! Listen to live kids’ music by Fun with Chuck! DEBUT of a family card game “Bridges” by Angelo Velotta.  Mentor Community Arts Commission will be on site! Animals on site with the Lake Metroparks! Local CHILDREN’S AUTHORS! Explore an interactive story trail and outdoor instruments. Face painter – Balloon artist – Free craft – Food for purchase – Outdoor games and more! Don’t miss this evening of creativity, music, and fun for the whole family! Wildwood Art & Wine FEST
June 20, 12-5 PM
Admission $2. Children under 8 years old and Friends of Wildwood members get in for free!

Enjoy a day filled with ART, MUSIC, WINE, FOOD, AUTHORS, and more!

This outdoor event features gallery-style booths filled with visual artists along with unique all handmade artisan and specialty foods to SHOP from!

SAVOR a glass of wine from selected local wineries as you stroll the grounds!

LISTEN to the variety of musicians on multiple stages throughout the grounds!

TOUR the historic 1908 Manor House.

MEET local authors and learn about their stories!

PAINT a wooden book box with the Mentor Community Arts Commission and learn about the Storybook Bench Project PUBLIC ART INSTALLATION.

Enjoy the various art demonstrations, theatrical performances, and additional instrumental performances, encouraging one to LISTEN, LEARN, AND ENJOY!

Lakeland Civic Band
July 15, 6:30 PM

American music in celebration of American 250 will be performed on the Wildwood Garden patio!! Lawn chairs recommended. (With support from the Mentor Community Arts Commission)

Free admission and parking. A limited number of picnic tables are available, guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. In the event of rain, events will be moved indoors with limited seating.  Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

2026 Mentor Cultural Arts programming is presented by Cleveland Clinic; and supported by Burgess & Niple, Mimi Vanderhaven, Mutsko Insurance Services, Palm Beach Tan • Wellness, and Tour Lake County; with grant support from the Mentor Community Arts Commission.
