Trick or treat will be held on October 31, 2022 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the City of Mentor.
Halloween Safety Tips from the Mentor Police Department
- Avoid walking alone. Walk with an adult
- Wear bright, flame-resistant costumes or use reflective tape
- Use sidewalks when you can and be on the lookout for cars
- Stay in familiar neighborhoods
- Avoid wearing masks that block your vision and costumes that are tripping hazards
- Examine treats before you eat them
As always, the Mentor Police Department has extra officers on patrol Halloween night so have fun, stay safe, and have a Happy Halloween.
