Work on the Heisley Road expansion in Mentor will soon begin affecting traffic. A section of Heisley between Mentor Avenue and Lori Jean Drive will be closed to northbound traffic beginning Wednesday, August 5, 2015.
A detour has been established directing northbound traffic via Hopkins Road. Southbound traffic will be maintained on Heisley between Jackson Street & Mentor Avenue. This traffic pattern will remain in effect through the remainder of the 2015 construction season.
Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays throughout the rest of the project which is scheduled for completion in Fall, 2016.
