Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12 noon on   January 21, 2022     and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following roadway resurfacing project:

2022 ROAD REPAIR PROGRAM

OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST:

CONTRACT A – $670,000.00
ALTERNATE 1 – $119,000.00
ALTERNATE 2 – $75,000.00
ALTERNATE 3 – $76,000.00
COMPLETION DATE:  8/26/2022

CONTRACT B – $960,000.00
ALTERNATE 1 – $43,000.00
ALTERNATE 2 – $65,000.00
ALTERNATE 3 – $37,500.00
ALTERNATE 4 – $112,500.00
COMPLETION DATE:    8/26/2022

Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms provided on website or RFP packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing.  Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.
