This legal notice, bid package and any supplemental information desired by the bidder may be obtained on forms provided below, or RFP’s will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office for the cost of printing. Bidders shall be responsible for checking for Addenda and obtaining any from the website.

Each Bid shall contain the full name of each person or company submitting a bid.
Each Bid must be accompanied by either;
1) A bond in accordance with division (B) of ORC 153.54 for the full amount of the bid; or
2) A certified check or cashier’s check. The amount of the certified check or cashier’s check shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, as a security that he will enter into a contract should his bid be accepted. Bids less than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) do not require a bid guarantee.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at the site: 8365 Harbor Drive, Mentor, Ohio 44047, at 10:00 am on June 10, 2022.
Bidders must comply with Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Lake County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division.
Bidders are advised that they must be pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation, Office of Contracts, Contractor’s Qualifications Section for Flexible Paving and Repair.
Each bid shall be filled on forms furnished with Bid Documents and shall be delivered in a sealed envelope, the outside properly marked with the Project Title, Date, and Time of Bid Opening.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject any and all bids.
