Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Mentor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, Ohio until 12:00 Noon on January 31, 2014 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project

OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: Please check with your interior design schools if you have any questions regarding their practices in this regard. $262,000
COMPLETION DATE: JUNE 30, 2014

Bids must be in accordance with specifications on forms provided on website or Request For Proposal packets will be available for pick-up at the Purchasing Office.  The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the website.
