ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS/PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City of Mentor, Purchasing Department, 2nd Floor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor Ohio 44060 until 10:30 a.m. June 8, 2023 and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:
WILDWOOD CULTURAL CENTER STORAGE GARAGE
OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $675,000
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for prospective BIDDERS on May 30, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Wildwood Cultural Center located at 7645 Little Mountain Road, Mentor, Ohio 44060. All work under this contract shall be completed within 240 Days of Notice to Proceed.
Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms available from Northeast Blueprint, 1230 East 286th St., Cleveland, Ohio 44132 at a cost of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) plus shipping. Payment for Bidder’s Packages will not be refunded.
Plans and specifications may also be reviewed at Burgess & Niple, Inc.,100 West Erie St., Painesville, OH 44077.
