ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS/PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City of Mentor, Purchasing Department, 2nd Floor, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor Ohio 44060, until 10:30 a.m. September 4th, 2026, and will be opened and read immediately thereafter for the following project:
WILDWOOD CULTURAL CENTER
OPINION OF PROBABLE CONSTRUCTION COST: $995,500
Probable cost of construction contains all Base Bid items only. Awards will be made based on Base Bid Items only.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held for prospective BIDDERS on August 21, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the project location located at 7645 Little Mountain Road, Mentor, Ohio 44060. All work under this contract shall be completed within 220 Days of Notice to Proceed.
Bids must be in accordance with specifications and on forms available from Lake Blue Inc., Tyler Blvd., Mentor, Ohio 44060 at a cost of Three hundred dollars ($300.00) plus shipping. Payment for Bidder’s Packages will not be refunded.
